Health Tips in the Pandemic

It has been a tough couple of days…or what do you think?

The world has been boxed into a situation of watch and pray. Or maybe, watch, stay at home and pray.


Now while you stay at home, what are you eating?

What are you drinking?

What measures are you taking to ensure that you are healthy and your immunity and that of your family is top notch?

You see at this time, you can do nothing about the situation around you. But you can decide how you react in this situation.

What can you do?

  • Ensure you have your fruits and vegetables every day.
  • Stay away from processed foods as much as possible
  • Stay of sugary drinks and soda
  • Exercise for at least 30 minutes daily. Dancing to your favorite tracks can suffice. Involve the family and make it fun.
  • Water! Keep drinking a lot of water.
  • Practice breathing exercises and meditation daily. It is therapeutic. Trust me.
