First off, I would like to thank Dr. Chinasa for making this journey easy and for always calling me out to drop my log🤣🤣🤣. It made me stay accountable even though I fell short on some occasions. I started off with 76 kg, and now I weigh 73.4KG, and I can't believe I lost almost 3kg. Now, I know my weight loss goal will be achieved by the end of 2024. To everyone who dropped their log-in on time, thank you. You made it possible for me to follow through because I no Wan carry last, thank you for making me disciplined.
