When I started to work with the Ariella Health and fitness team it was because I felt that I was about to become diabetic. I had fungal infections all over my skin and I felt breathless all the time. I was taking three medications at the maximum dose for my hypertension and I had been unable to lose weight despite trying for about a year. When we started Dr. Chinasa said that you can be hypertensive with no medication and it would be controlled. I was not a believer. But with Dr. Chinasa and her Team’s help, I was able to drop the dosage on my medication and eliminate one of them altogether. I believe I will likely have another taken off soon as well. Ultimately I believe that I will be able to take off the last medication as well. I dropped 21 pounds over the 12 weeks and I went from walking an exhausted 26 minute mile to running a 17 minute mile. Yes that’s slow but it is great improvement from me. The skin condition cleared up and I generally feel way more in tune with my body and what it does not like. I am more conscious of the way that I eat and I feel emboldened to continue with this lifestyle. For anyone who wants to try, Please give it a shot. Hang in there. It took me about 6 weeks to stop feeling hungry but these were my results and you can have better too!

Thank you Ariella fitness and lifestyle Team. I needed an entire lifestyle change so I joined the March to Health challenge, and I am glad I did. It was totally amazing. I lost 2.35kg in my first week, my sugar level got to the normal level. I feel better and healthier. I also make healthier choices because of the teachings. Thank you so much. I am so happy!
