So back to the matter:

I may not be the strongest judge in this matter, but one thing i know is, what ever you believe you can achieve, you can actually achieve it.

Being a mother is one of the most challenging roles on earth. it can be tough especially when the mother is working. and she strives daily to wake up early, get the kids ready for school, cook, gets to work , keeps a smile on her face through annoying encounters, makes it home through traffic , cook, help the kids with assignments, and grab a 5 hour sleep before the cycle starts all over again.

So its understandable when she tells you she actually has no time to exercise. But look at it this way, you have to be alive and healthy to take care of these kids. You need to make out time somehow. Commit 15mins only daily to working out. Make effort. if you get up at 5am daily, plan to wake up at 4.45am. You will be surprised at how much difference that 15mins of sweat will make in you day. Involve the kids when you can. You are the teacher they see. It is not going to be easy, but hey…how about making your transition story juicy!

I will talk about balancing the nutrition aspect in another post.
