Aha! So you do not like exercising? Well, good news is here; you can walk to improve your health. A study in the American journal of preventive medicine shows that no matter how little the physical activity one embarks on, it is better than doing nothing at all.

The general public health recommendation is 150 mins of moderate intensity physical activity per week. However, a review of over 140000 older people found that those who simply walked, no matter how little, had a lower risk of death from all causes than those who weren’t active.
