Happy New Year loves!
This post has been long overdue. But mehn…. The year seemed to have started in mad rush and all of a sudden we are in 24th day of January..whew!!!
So how have you all been fit-wise? Did you make any resolutions to be healthier this 2016? Have you been keeping up to the challenge? Well, even if you have fallen on the side line, everyday is a new opportunity to start anew.
This is the last week of January. Re commit yourself.
- Drink at least 3L of water daily.
- Eat at least 2 servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
- Have a protein with every meal. E.g a boiled egg or a piece of fish or milk
- Exercise for at least 15 mins, 4 to 5 times a week
- Follow Ariella Fitness on facebook, Instagram or Twitter for regular dose of healthy inspiration.
