Its amazing how time flies. This is actually my first post this year 2018 on this blog. So permit me to shout HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL MY LOVELIES. We are already in the 2nd quarter of the year and i hope the 1st quarter was good for you all.



OK…So for all those that made new year resolutions to be healthy, eat healthier, drink more water, exercise more, quit junk….how market oh? Una dey keep up?

Its one thing to make resolutions, however, keeping them is another thing. But its possible to keep up. Taking one step at a time. Planning ahead… Having a sound support system… It is not easy, but it is possible and worth it…in the long term.

  • Plan. Plan. Plan. Plan your meals. It makes it less likely for you to fail
  • Drink a lot of water.
  • Adopt an active lifestyle. Take a walk,  exercise, dance, just do something
  • Be happy. Live intentionally. Stay Positive
