I learnt not long ago and I must say it has really helped my body system function well.
I was not a fan of taking much water even after meal,I use to have headache everytime,I take pain reliefs but this wouldn’t stop the headache,I consulted a doctor and did series of test, there was nothing discovered, what the doctor advised was i should learn to take atleast 2 litres of water a day,then I started taking water every morning immediately I wake up atleast a satchet of water and to be honest it has really helped me, even after a stressful day I take water and I feel better.
