I used to think that fufu was actually akpu only until i mixed with other non- Nigerians but Africans, and i realized they have fufu. And it is not always akpu.

So, with the rise in high blood pressure now, (by the way, have you checked your bp?) It is important that you stay intentional with what goes into your mouth.
