I have a love hate relationship with burpees. In the past, I made sure burpees was not included in my routies. Well, not until I saw the light. Today I want to tell you 6 reasons why you should do burpees daily.

  • You can do burpees anywhere- since you don’t need a gym to do a burpee, you could be travelling but still be able to burpee.
  • Burpees are total body exercise (who doesn’t want to burn off that pizza without spending much time).
  • You master endurance with burpees
  • They will get you stronger
  • Burpees are great conditioning exercises.
  • Burpees turn you body into a calorie-fat-burner
