If you are in 9ja, don’t be looking for kale and collard greens, use your ugu, efo, garden egg leaves and spinach. if you are in obodo oyibo (white man land), don’t go searching for ugu leaves. Use what is accessible and affordable. its not difficult at all. The question is, have you tried?

*** if you are a sweet tooth, like myself, always include a sweet fruit in your green smoothie, so you don’t get turned off.
